Background & Purpose

(EN) The client was exploring opportunities to expand internationally and initiate pilot market entry for an innovative wellness device designed to enhance relaxation and support cognitive performance through respiration-synchronized technology. While the product had shown early traction in its home market, the client aimed to validate its scalability and commercial viability across selected international markets, alongside developing a structured approach to market entry and localization.

To support their strategic decision-making, GLOBAL ANGLE conducted a comprehensive assessment covering import/export regulations, intellectual property (IP) landscape screening, and the identification of suitable distribution partners in target markets. The objective was to deliver actionable insights to guide the client’s global expansion strategy and support effective test market execution.
