Collected data on alcohol consumption patterns in Germany, surveying B2B and B2C channels and gathering buyer, retailer, and distributor insights to support the market launch of premium Japanese brands.

Collected consumer and small manufacturer insights, conducted a standortanalyse (location analysis), assessed competitors, and benchmarked pricing, product mix, and retail positioning to evaluate where the brand fit in the current market landscape. Delivered a strategic business plan used to pitch to investors and guide expansion efforts.
Project 3 – Business Services – Global Printer Manufacturer:
Conducted competitor analysis across Germany by mapping dealer leasing terms and service contracts through structured outreach and mystery shopping.
Deliverables:
Business plans, competitive analyses, SWOT analyses, Excel databases, lead lists, go-to-market strategies, consumer insights summaries, market entry frameworks, location feasibility reports, and industry benchmarking.
