In order to plan the B2B market entry strategy, grasping the market demand through conducting tasting and interview surveys of a food service segment was carried out.

Project Scope & Research Process

  • Create a long list of companies after classifying 8 segments, with a list of over 80+ businesses and find businesses that have closest affinity to the focus product in each segment
  • Conduct a tasting and non-tasting interviews for each segment of (Total of 16 interviews)
  • Prepare the analysis report with insights
