With the goal of developing a channel strategy by price tier for the skincare and cosmetics industry in China, this project combines qualitative insights from expert interviews with desk research to comprehensively analyse macro trends, the sales channel landscape, consumer behaviour, the current state of the grey market, and competitor strategies and their underlying rationale.

- Conduct interviews with 14 industry experts to gather and analyse qualitative insights across various aspects of the market
- Supplemented primary interview findings with desk research
- Summarise the current sales landscape by channel, price tier, and competitor, and presented recommended channel sales strategies based on the findings
